Acharya Aashish
is an Enlightened Master and a Modern day Mystic in this book Acharya talks
about misconceptions of a Guru and his disciple. This book is the text of
discourse given in Mumbai in 2015.
We are all travelers of the wider
journey, may be from one body to another, if the whole is understood, the smaller
journey becomes easily livable, simply beautiful. The process of meditation
brings you in the state of consciousness. The consciousness is nothing but the
whole itself, while in a deep meditation when you keep your doors open for the
consciousness to come in, for the existence to come in, what comes in is the whole, the very depth,
the very meaning of the whole is then understood, the wider journey is thus revealed,
the truth is revealed. It is the master who by his guided path takes you to
this journey, the master makes sure that with certain amount of discipline you
at least begin the journey, to travel on it is entirely up to the traveler, the
you.
My only
effort is to show you a certain path, to walk on a certain way which I have
experienced, of course the method to travel within is the same for you and me
for the simple reason that there is no much difference between you and me I am
as ordinary as you are, in fact I am against those masters who say that religion
they are extraordinary. If any master uses such a word that he is extraordinary
would mean he is not a master, to make followers is something like to make
another religion. I am totally against to make a religion out of anything, I’m
against those masters who have made followers, who have made new religions and
those who have declared that their sayings are some kind of a new religion, my
whole effort is to take you out of the religion and not to make you fall into
another religion.
