Weekend Meditation is a special two-day Meditation Program worked for those who are busy on weekdays, it is a total relaxation program to unwind, and to get away from hectic weekly schedules.

Meditation is so simple that anyone can do it, the simplicity of meditation is so very beautiful, it is purely effortless, meditation means no action, meditation means watching the action not doing any action.

While practicing meditation you will feel as if something is growing within you, you will feel as if something has just started to open within you, something new has started to happen within your being, this is natural, you will feel as if you have become into two, one the doer and one the watcher, it is possible that in the beginning there will be a constant struggle, there will be times when you will able to watch and suddenly you will stop watching, this can happen because your meditation is new ,it is fragile , it is a delicate just like a little plant, you have to take immense care of it and slowly and slowly the time will come when this watching yourself will become constant, it will become part of you. As soon as your consciousness, your awareness will keep on growing, your meditation will keep on growing, it will go deeper and deeper or in other words the more you meditate the deeper your consciousness will grow, this is a beauty about meditation that you can do it at any hour for any length of time, slowly and slowly you start enjoying meditation and you will always feel that you have done less, your urge to sit in - for more meditation is natural. It is also possible initially that you may lose your consciousness, your awareness, it is just okay simply ignore it, don’t try to push too hard, don’t try to tell yourself that I’m losing my meditation, simply sit in meditation and slowly it will come back to you, do not care too much about it, you just have to be silent more conscious, just more peaceful, this will again make you come into meditation, in your consciousness.

The more and more you will be in meditation the more and more you will find yourself in love, you will start to realize that your meditation has started to make you more responsible, slowly by the meditation you will start believing in yourself, you will shed the dependence on others , you will now be independent , you will not be dependent on anybody, these are the immediate results of being in meditation , first the meditation will bring love within you and then it will being a certain kind of responsibility within you , when such things happens this means that your growing in meditation, when you start feeling that you have become now responsible that you are now not dependent on anybody else, this could be bit of a scary moment you will feel as if you have to start or that you have started to take action on so many things of life, suddenly you will feel that you started the attention all your pending things this is because you have suddenly felt that it is only you that can bring in the difference, suddenly you will feel as if you have outgrown , just take your time there is no need to rush just simply keep on watching yourself, simply be in your meditativeness and all the things of life will slowly take a beautiful turn.
