Meditation means: you stop interfering… and you start watching. Life continues—thoughts move, emotions rise and fall, the body breathes— but you remain a silent witness. And then, something mysterious begins. You may feel as if something is growing within you… like a seed cracking open in the dark. You may feel a new space… a quiet opening… a subtle becoming.
